The Bakriminel bolts have a Ranged requirement of 80, the highest of any ammunition, and a Ranged strength of +125, the highest of all bolts and third highest of all ammunition, only after the hand cannon shot and Morrigan's javelin.
So far highest I've hit with regular range pot was 478. Ovl = 551 (crit)
This is highest hits in pvp (Clan wars), and not in castle wars.
