Love this video so much! ❤ First of all, good job with all the Mom stuff and just loving on your daughter. Hope she's feeling better and healing well. I really enjoyed the clips of seeing you crochet and the parts where you show how you add on different parts. Most people don't show that, but it's actually where a lot if time is spent, and those details really make it. I just finished my last market of the year, and am thinking about what's next for the new year. Thanks for sharing, and for all the work you put into your videos!! ❤
@rusticheritagecrochet thank you so much 🥰🥰 she's feeling much better now. And yes, all the details is definitely where all the time is spent. I'm so glad you enjoyed watching the vlog 🥹
Oh my gosh…your blanket is just beautiful! Definitely a labor of love.🎄 I can’t wait to see how you join the panels together! All your makes are so precious, Allyssa. Thank you for sharing. ❤ Hoping your sweet girl is back to herself. Mouth surgery is so painful. 😢
@cheridefries4980 thank you so much 🥹🥹 she's feeling much better. She's finally eating somewhat normal foods. She still can't bite down really hard and she's still a little sore. We thought they'd make the incision in one spot; however, Mia had stitches across her entire bottom gum and we weren't expecting that. It made for a very long recovery.
Your work always looks awesome!!! Do you mind me asking what yarn you use for the baby booties? I have tried several and they either turn out too big or too flimsy. I cannot seem to find a happy medium!! Glad your daughter is doing better... Been there and it's no fun..
@craftlover9702 thank you so much! The yarn I use is bernat forever fleece and I have to downsize my hook to a 5.5mm for the booties since my tension is a little looser.
Hello! I love your work. I love the quality. I am fairly new at crocheting and have loved creating. I have a couple of questions and would love to see a Vlog response. I heard in one of your video's that you were a teacher and gave it up to stay at home with the kids and crochet full time. How long did it take you to 'get up to speed' to produce the quality pieces that you make? Do you think the time invested is returned? Thank you for sharing all that you do!
Thank you so much for watching! I am a teacher, but did resign to stay home with my 3 boys at the end of the school year of 2023. My husband is the main source of income for our family. I've had this crochet business for years now, but it was just a side hustle. When I resigned, I started to take this full time. Now, with a variety of stream of revenues for my crochet business, I'm making the same amount of income that I would be with teaching [if not more on some months]. I do incorporate my time into my prices and mainly work with chunky yarn to be able to pay my worth in time and materials. Usually projects that are less than 2 hours are my main focus. I hope this is helpful! 🩷
Oh my god these are so cute love to see tutorials and have a go at making them for charity families

Are they safe for babies especially. These eyes that you use or are they suitable. For older children thanks for sharing
Safety eyes are more for children ages 3 and up. You can embroider eyes for all ages to enjoy.
What wool do you use on making these beauties love your channel
I use bernat blanket yarn, it's not a wool yarn.
What yarn do you use for your booties? Sweet.
