Oda the other day I was gathering supplies to make my next batch of halalwiches when suddenly out of nowhere we were hit with a huge wallah storm. No way the storm was bringing winds up to 30 harams per hour and 16 inches of Inshallah. Big odamar there's actually no way the wind was faster than Moe and Brodor running to the local mczondald for the buy one get one free Big Zac deal. Say wallpaper when my Zoyota pickup couldn't get thru the 16 inches of Inshallah, I decided to stay at the zrocery store and practice my halal spell book chants in the candy section but then the power went out. Colossal blade hits +2 over anchor in every circumstance because of its special ability. Blade doesn't have spec bar.
In pvp that is. It's +2 for every opponent tile size. So a 1x1 player is +2

Oda, you can get 45 prayer without if affects your cb, only even levels give +0.125 combat
