Durga Painting - “Third Eye”- Acrylic Painting tutorial and time lapse

This video is an acrylic painting tutorial and time lapse where I have experimented with the concept of “third eye”.
As I am still working on my Durga Puja related artworks, countless number of ideas keep crowding my brain - it is hard to pick one. But somehow the concept of “Third Eye” felt really interesting over all of the others…. So the remaining couple of Durga Puja related artworks will be dedicated to the same.
The third eye (also called the mind's eye, or inner eye) is a mystical and spiritual concept of a speculative invisible eye which provides perception beyond ordinary sight. Maa Durga is adorned by the third eye - Her left eye represents desire, symbolized by the moon; her right eye represents action, symbolized by the sun; and her middle eye stands for knowledge, symbolized by fire. Extending the fire symbol with the current status of the world in turmoil in various natural and manmade ways it feels like a fiery background everywhere. The third eye often symbolizes a state of enlightenment beyond the conscious vision. We can only hope for divine intervention of the third eye to bring back order in the realm of chaos - and that is the thought behind the painting.
The techniques work both for Oils and acrylics.
