Split lighting is probably the most cinematic of all, ignore by people unless you study at film school. Also, reverse steadycam or F900 downer as it is called on sets (camera angle created by Russel Mulcahy, and used by John Woo, Michael Bay and recently, almost every director). The reverse pole of the steadycam was designed by Michael Bay for the production of The Rock.

Good job.! Explaining the different styles and shots is important. Anyways, I use COALS to explain: Camera movement Object or subject of the shot Action of subject or scene Location: time (night, 1800 AD) & place Style: wide angle, neon, gel lighting, etc.
Thank you so much! 🙌 I love the COALS method-it’s a really clear way to break down and organize shots. Camera movement, object, action, location, and style are key elements that make a big difference in the final result. I’ll definitely keep that approach in mind for future tutorials. Thanks for sharing your tip, and I’m glad you enjoyed the video! 👏👏👏
Unfortunately, Minimax doesn't have a direct "extend" option for creating longer videos at the moment. But here’s a workaround you can try: generate multiple short clips based on the same theme or style and then combine them in a video editor like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any other editing software you prefer.
@@Shipsntrucks-u1b AI madame English explained very well. There are 3 other options as well, but 1 only work in Luma and Kling as they offer 1st and last frames. 1. I have characters talking all the time. I don't set that task in the prompt, though. Do you know what kind of prompt is needed to stop characters from talking?
What we need is a prompt assistant with drop down options and your description of the scene. Like option 1 would be camera angle, option 2 wide angle shot etc, option 3, camera motion, option 4, sunny, cloudy, night... option 5 style/filter.
Please would you help me. I've tried every style of prompt but failed to geberate video in 9:16 vertical form using hailuo ai. It only creates landscape. Is it possible to create vertical videos with hailuo?
In Hailio AI, you can’t extend a single video to make it longer. Instead, you can create multiple 6-second videos and combine them using editing software. This way, you can achieve the desired length by piecing together shorter clips
How would you go about getting the most subtle movements so the video segment you get is easier to loop? I don't want massive movement cause then it's much harder to loop that short segment into a longer segment. I know I can take screenshots of the last frame (and there's a website to capture the last frame) but I am essentially looking for very subtle movement that is easily loopable. Thank you for the help!
thanks for your comment, maybe this work, To get subtle movements that are easy to loop, try using keywords like: “Slow motion” or “gentle movement” to keep the action smooth and small. “Soft breeze” for hair or fabric gently moving. “Rippling water” or “slight shimmer” for natural, repeating effects. “Steady panning shot” or “slow tilt” for smooth camera movements. These keywords will help you create subtle actions that are easier to loop seamlessly. Let me know how it works for you! 😊

I purchased a subscription to this site, but later I read in the terms that it does not allow commercial use! Is it really not possible to use this service for RUclips videos and monetization?
I'm sorry to hear about your concerns! I recommend contacting the MiniMax team directly to ask for more details about monetization and their policies. I've found them to be kind and welcoming, and they should be able to provide you with the information you need. If you could share the results with us afterward, that would be great, as it’s really important for everyone to know! Thank you!❤❤❤

Try image to video, first create your image with consistent character then animate it using hailou. Because its dont have a seed option . For ex Runway have seed option that ensures consistency.
Hailuo ignores camera movement prompts most of the time. Look at Runway's solution with the camera sliders, super awesome. That's what we need for Hailuo!
Totally agree with that! Hailuo could really benefit from something like Runway’s camera sliders-they’re such a cool way to control movement and angles. It would make scene creation so much easier and more precise. Hopefully, it’s something they’ll consider adding in the future!
I know exactly what you mean-I haven’t been able to find a solid solution for creating consistent characters with Hailuo AI either. I’ve tried a lot of tips from RUclips tutorials, but they just don’t seem to work well for text-to-video. Since Hailuo AI doesn’t have a seed option right now, maintaining consistency is really challenging. Hopefully, they’ll introduce a seed feature in the future-that could make a huge difference for character stability!
