What a GENIUS you are, making kits for the wreaths since they are your more high end pieces, other than mirror all well priced!! What a terrific innovative mind you have,oh and all are lovely!!
Hi Cindy I'm new to your channel and just wanted to give you a thumbs 👍 to all make. I have been doing craft show for some time and I don't always make a big profit but I enjoy seeing all different craft. I think you do a great job and planning on making some of your earrings. Thanks for your talent. Margaret
I really liked your set up and think your prices are fair/realistic. As for the box spring wreaths, I saw some on Etsy selling for $37 that were springs only. Yours include handmade recycled tin ornaments, making them well worth the price. For jewelry you might consider pricing earrings as follows; $15 each or 2 for $25. Having worked retail I've noticed how people like getting a deal. Also it's pretty easy for people to part with their dollars up to about $30, after that they have to think about it a little more and when you get to the 50/75 range, they have to think about it a lot. Which means the more you're out there and the more someone sees your work, the more likely you will sell one of your higher-priced items.
Thanks for all the tips and feedback. I have so much to learn but my first experience was really fun. The pricing part is kind of difficult and feels weird but I suppose it is like anything else the more you do it the easier it gets.
Wow! I love your concept and products are awesome. Set up looked great too. I wonder how you went at the markets. I’ll go have a look to see if there’s video on it.
Wow, your booth looks great, and so professional. My first show is coming up in Dec, and I just did the same thing in our living room. I set up an 8ft table, and did a complete mock up. I then took pictures so I would remember where to place everything. My first show is only 6 hrs. Thanks for a great video.
Thanks again for watching. It's fun to finally set everything up and see all your hard work come together isn't it? It's the holiday shopping season so it should be a good time to sell. 🙂
Oh my gosh, I will be doing my first-ever craft show in December, and I never thought about a cart, I have three vintage kitchen rolling carts, like yours, they are projects to be done, so I will take the one with wheels and get painted, that's all it needs. That's awesome. Thank you so much!! I like how you have your tables positioned too! I am looking at a lot of RUclips videos and you have some wonderful ideas!
2nd opinion on your offset signs, I like them. This is the kind of booth that I gravitate to. I’m in las cruces and wish I could make it up to Santa Fe.
It's always hard to price things, isn't it? It really just depends on what people are willing to pay. I look forward to seeing how well you do at your show. It's been many years since I did any craft fairs, but I've been seriously considering doing it again. Good luck!
Yes the pricing thing is definitely not the fun part. It feels too weirdly personal as if somehow my own self worth is wrapped up in it. I know it's not but still it is hard to separate myself completely. Thanks for watching. 🙂
I have never wanted to "do" craft fairs because it seems like so much work, and your booth shows it. It looks like an one I would see from an experienced vendor, well thought out and put together! As a shopper and at-home crafter, I would definitely walk in and browse, and I'm sure I would be tempted to make a purchase (I'm a more difficult sell than I used to be). The only thing I might suggest is to hang the framed signs straight. I know it's really minor, and seems decorative, but crooked stuff bugs me, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one LOL
Do you have some more pieces in reserve since it’s a long show!! HA HA here I am worrying about you! You’ve done so much work. I do hope to hear it was successful!!
Hi Dana - I'm sorry I don't remember exactly. You could check their web site for more information. I do know that we were allowed in during the morning and I think the Friday night pre-sale started at 5 and we needed to be set up by 4. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
Your set up is beautiful. Well done. As far as the pricing goes, I feel you're off on the wreaths and the wreath kits. Tooooo high. I look at the dragon fly for $20 then look at the wreath which looks less complicated and priced too high. Also maybe the photo/watch kits could be a little less expensive too. I feel you need to remember that a lot of the customers wont be crafty or creative people. Just my opinion like you asked for. I cant wait to see your video after the fair telling us all about it and what neat things you saw. Oh, dont be afraid to trade with the other crafters/artists. Alot will do this at the end of the show. I did fairs for almost 20 years and I learned a lot. Honestly I'm impressed with your set up and the items you made! id never know this was your first fair!
Hi Kim thanks for your feedback. I do want to review all my prices one more time and I appreciate your suggestions. I just don't want to overtime them. Not sure that is possible. 🙂

Thanks you are too kind 🙂
Amazing! So inspired that you not only made everything yourself but you set it all up alone! Hope your show is fantastic!!
Thanks it was a great experience but a little exhausting. 🙂

Hi Sharon - thanks for watching. In my view it was a success. I am planning to go back this year. 🙂
How much time did they give the vendors to set up and how long did it actually take you to set up? Your booth looks very nice by the way.
