No# 1 you need to get the camra closer to the guitar. No2. If you could show the guitar front face. That would great. Other than that. Keep on and remember there are beginners. Who want to learn too so far you show every string you play. Cool I understand your advanced but your on to teach so keep in mind us slower beginning plays. Keep up the good work. Rock On
or what i have done for a few of his songs. all you do is make your own tab paper or you can even print some out for free, then just write it out as you go
If you make more video i suggest slowing down a bit we look up the songs because we dont know how to play it especially the solo i had no idea what was going on personally otherwise your sound is great just slowww downnn thank you
I found a good way to learn stuff is to camcord it and then play it back on windows movie player .If you right click just to the right of the start arrow controls come up and you can slow it write down
Bruce lindquist..i can not give you enough thanks 4 your great playing..i would invite you to my weekend party anytime...i need the tab of the lead part please..can any one help?..thanks
nah way brah, my teacher had me read a book about it back in 4th grade (before i had even heard the song or had any care in the world) and it dates back to the 1600's new orleans around those areas with the first written version published in the early 1800's
are you trying to teaching to us or just shows up i din't get anything to lean on this...you got to be show much much more slowly for beginners...thanks!
You need to check your facts before you make a post like this, this song is very, very old, The Animals version is the best known cover of the song, the oldest known actual recording of the song was done in 1934, as was stated at the beginning of this vid, he states this is the version done by The Ventures! Geeez! Pay attention before posting.
just wanted to say thank you, for a beginner its hard to find stuff that is actually understandable to play... thank you again
Nice job Bruce!!!! For those wanting tabs, Nokie has a video lesson of this with tabs for sale on his website. You also get "Alabama Jubilee"

Hi Bruce you may find it was written by Dave von Ronk in New York and first played by Bob Dylan.
Your lessons r very detailed 🙏🙏🙏✍
Credits should be going to the "Animals" singer i believe is Eric Burdon who should be in the hall of fame

@crunchbite50 Right you are!!!
The artist of the song is the animals, not the ventures
the books title i believe was 'Chasing the House of the Rising Sun'
What is your guitar?
It's obviously a Fender Jaguar.
nah way brah, my teacher had me read a book about it back in 4th grade (before i had even heard the song or had any care in the world) and it dates back to the 1600's new orleans around those areas with the first written version published in the early 1800's
