I noticed my cap driver when bolted in, favours to one side. Is there a way to bring it into centre?

This bracket system is different from my Redline. My Redline was purchased in 2015. Can you purchase the needle plate separately?

Hello, I would check with your manufacture, Cam Five. Thank you

Cam 5 is a terrible company
They won’t help with a new machine. Check out Liberty Graphics on you tube. The last few videos are about the cam 5 machine problems.
Isn’t Cam 5 and redline the same machine?

It’s nothing to do with the machine at all and 100% the fault of the fabric. The easiest thing to do is break up the center seam and soften the fabric in that area. You can literally hear the fabric snapping. No need to alter machines or do heat hacks. Fabric 101
