I haven't received the June drop but I updated my camera app and it has the baby features now.
In the UK and the Pro camera 7 Pro camera has just updated
What I don't understand is how Google can abandon the Pixel Fold, such an expensive phone that hasn't yet received the June update, this disappoints me a little, I left Samsung because of that situation.😢

@@r9ruben ... I have been checking every day also. I have never had to wait more than a few days on my Pixels and my Fold is my 5th Pixel. Getting the security updates quickly is one of the main reasons I decided to stay with the Pixel line.
I finally got the June update this evening, the 18th, on my Fold. My Pixel tablet got the update over a week ago.
I don't know what caused this long delay but it is very disappointing. Feature updates I can wait for but not important security updates. I hope this does not become the norm. Hope you get it soon.
I wanted to see what was new with the lenses and I noticed the 30x auto mode is less than the T 30x manual which can zoom in farther. Why's that?
I got the pro mode on my Pixel Fold and is nice. They just rolled out the new beta today just downloaded Android beta 3 newest update
Got a question Shawn. I use my Fold 4 to bluetooth my internet to my computer. I'm interested in going to the PIXEL FOLD 2 when it comes out. Will the weaker Tensor G4 chip (compared to the Z-fold 6) make things slower and harder for running the computer?
Tensors speed will have no impact on tethering to your PC. The modem could cause slower speeds, but we won't know until it's out.

Do the "pro" features run on the Tensor G2 or only the G3 currently?
If you're meaning Pro Mode or Manual Mode in the camera, no. Pixel 8 only as far as I can remember. I think someone found a way to back port it though.
I just got the June update this evening on my Fold and the Pro tab has appeared and I was able to switch to Manual Lens and the U UW T came up! So yes, the Fold G2 is getting that sweet update 🤗
Where the hell is Zoom Enhance, Google?!!
I think the reason features are rolling slow to pixel fold is because of the tensor g2 processor. It gets hot pretty easy!
I watched for that and my Fold did not heat up, which surprised me since I have seen comments saying that it did. But I had it plugged in charging and had a very strong wifi signal, so maybe it didn't need to ramp up power so much.
Anyone else don't have best take I have factory unlocked version and still don't see it in camera.
Best Take is Pixel 8 only

What's the difference between best take and this HDR feature you mentioned?
Im using the samsung s24 ultra, & really thinking of swapping for the pixel fold, any opinions will be greatly appreciated thanks
They're definitely very different devices. The Pixel camera will probably be a step back in a handful of ways, but it'll be largely solid. Battery life will also be a step down. I think it'll come down to form factor and overall software experience.

I can't even recall my Fold having a "Pro mode" in the first place before the update, just my P8P 😅 I can be wrong tho.. Why would people use this anyway? It's a step down going from 4 to just 3 options.. Seems useless in my opinion

To be fair, it seems like the June update hasn't arrived for lots of people on Pixels in general, not just Folds. I sideloaded it day one.
