  • The fifth edition of the e-course on food systems marked its first week. 800 participants from all over the world are taking the five weeks course. The plenary session for the first module held on 7 February 2024. We invited Prof. Dr. Inge Brouwer and Cherrie Atilano to forward their insights and experiences on why food systems approach is important.
On this part 2 of the webinar video, please watch the presentation by Prof. Dr. Inge Brouwer, Associate Professor at the Division of Human Nutrition, Wageningen University. Her research focuses on improvement of dietary quality of (young) women and children, in low and middle income countries through agricultural or food systems approaches, with special emphasis on reducing the burden of undernutrition, micronutrient deficiencies and overnutrition.
