Hi My sabre arrives on Monday (9/4/18/) can you let me know is the positioning of the saw onto the base unit at least a 2 man job. Thanks for the vids really helpful
Hi Nick, just subscribed to your channel after watching this vid. I am thinking of buying this saw. This video was uploaded at the beginning of this year. What are you thoughts through your experience now? Thanks 👍
Great videos, thinking of buying one of these. Only problem I have is it has to go up 1 flight of stairs. So the unboxing was very interesting to see as it answers a lot of questions on how it is delivered. My only remaining question is how much does the heaviest part weigh? I assume this is the actual saw itself.
Thanks for your comment! You are right in that the saw itself (minus the table, handles etc.) is still by far the heaviest part. I would estimate it at around 80 kg or 175 lbs. Two strong people could just about get it up some stairs I imagine - my wife and I lifted it onto the stand and she is only 5' tall.
My 350 sabre was just delivered 30 minutes ago. Party time.
By the way, how did you manage to lift the top part up onto the bottom cabinet?

Great vid. I’ve ordered mine after seeing your vid. Could you give me the link to the castors you have please? Cheers 🍻
Could you provide a link to the wheels you used for the trolley?

Great video and Great saw. Subscribed 👍
Thank you! Nice to know that the videos are appreciated, and yes I agree that the bandsaw is good, too.
Well done! I'd love to know how you made the wee logo of woodworcs!
The watermark at the bottom right? Just a Photoshop image but with transparent background - same font as the main logo.
Thanks very much. Photoshop is beyond my reach (financially and technologically) but it's nice to know!
