Thanks for the tour of the mall. I watched it being built but have not visited since it opened. I am glad to hear the parking was only $5.00. I heard when it first opened it was much higher. It is nice compared to most malls since it has do many stores and attractions. However the cost for most of them are over priced compared to going somewhere else. I visited the Mall of America and their amusement park was not as expensive as the price you gave for this mall. I am also an ice skater and never paid anywhere near the $30.00 to skate including rinks at other indoor malls. The mall looked fairly busy but as its newness wears off I think they will have a hard time keeping all the stores and attractions open.
Hey Cap’n You have to check out Woodbridge center mall in Woodbridge nj. It seems to be a partially dead mall now. But It used to be packed back in the day.
0:13, that is indeed the Meadowlands Arena, also known as Brendan Byrne Arena, Continental Airlines Arena, or Izod Center. Former home of the New Jersey Nets and New Jersey Devils. As for the mall, it is nice. Just another shopping mall. I really only go there to kill time before or after an event at MetLife Stadium.
I been wanting to go there. Also and yes i remember when people used to smoke in malls. I grew up in the Northeast and i remember as a kid walking around Franklin Mills, (yea i know its Philadelphia mills) but i remember seeing people smoking on the benches and that common area with all the TV screens all over. Ash trays all over the place.
I never knew this mall existed. Pretty cool. Thanks!
You just made this place a must for me, the Mrs. and the little one. Wow! What an awesome place.
Those multi eyed statues in the Avenue each share an eye, so they see everything at the same time in 360 degrees.
