Obviously. You can see the small hints and foreshadowings of their relationship in the movie. Its a slow burn romance. But we wont see anymore of it unless we demand Paramount & Skydance that we want a sequel.
Some have speculated that there are hints in the mining scene that Orion has feelings for her. How he compliments her and how he stood up for her against Darkwing. It is possible for their relationship to develope into a romance. I hope for a sequel.
It’s true but Elia-1’s was Ariel she is Orion Pax’s Girlfriend when they both died Orion becomes Optimus Prime and Ariel becomes Elita-1 and they still are dating. This actually true if you seen G1 and it literally cannon watch the episode War Dawn.
No. I disagree completely. There's absolutely no indication that Elita is falling in love with Orion. I can't take them seriously as a romance. As someone who isn't into Transformers, I seriously did not see anything that indicated she was falling in love with Orion. What is indicated, what I can seriously is that Elita has found a friend in Orion. All this time, she's hated Orion's guts and rightfully so; he ruined her life, by accident and really it was the unfair system they live in, but after heading up to the surface and learning the truth and getting her cog and what she goes through, she finally gains trust and respect for Orion. But... romance? That's WAY too early. It's not a love story, it's Elita's character arc. Maybe the real reason why she was the only one trying to save Orion from falling was because she wanted to be like how he was the day she was fired, when he and D were breaking the rules to rescue Jazz, while she insist they follow the rules, even if it meant leaving Jazz to die. She was the only one who was troubled at Orion falling to his death, because she didn't want to repeat that mistake.
They're actually canon, from the first series in the 80s they are confirmed as boyfriend and girlfriend many times. Its just sad because elita doesn't have much screen time, but there's been indication and clear hints through different shows: generation one, animated, earthspark, the trilogy, earth wars the game, and even in prime there was a cut scene where elita is mentioned and optimus loses his shit because of it, which I wished they had kept in
I respect ur theory but i dont think (like i said i dont) that she just wanted to save orion because she wanted to do the same thing like he did before when they were miners but i think she genuinely cares for him and to me i think she is falling in love but hey thats just me, once again i respect ur theory but
