VSC for the win! Great video, VT is always punching above it’s weight. Lance is the coolest most down to earth guy too, ran into him at Al’s French Fry’s and he was happy to chat and talk about the cars.
Lance is as humble as ever. I met him in the 90s on the logging roads here near Seattle when he co-drove for Carl Merrill (another generous New Englander). Lance was again partnering with Carl in 1998, racing at a rally outside Prescott Arizona, when Carl passed away from a heart attack. It's a tribute to Lance's professionalism that Subaru entrusts VSC to handle their motorsports operation in the USA. VSC is a big reason for Subaru's amazing popularity, especially with enthusiasts, over the past two decades
I met.lance in 2000 and he is 100 % class act and one of the most caring good guys in the sport!! We had a 1981 audi 4000 club rally car and he was so nice to us just being new guys to it. Much love and respect ❤😊
👏👏🙏👍...thank you Lance & Vermont racing for this great informative video......very interesting and great to see the premises. I didn't realise how large the site was!!..awesome place to work!.... well laid out and so clean!!👌.....good luck this year with all the challenges and Championships that you guys are doing.!!!🤞🤞👍👍😎🇺🇲🇬🇧💯
Great video--Thanks RUclips for telling me to watch it! This is the kind of stuff Launch Control should get into---it takes hundreds of people to make 1 driver successful!
This place is beautiful. I visited some family in vt during my birthday and one of the things I wanted to do was see that beautiful rhd 22b and drive my forester to vsc. Sadly didn’t know that you can’t go till tour days, but they greeted us in and let us check out part of the museum and driver hall. Picked up some things to bring back home and got a gift from vsc for my birthday. All in all turned out good and got to enjoy the country roads and views while rumbling down the road 😂 definitely want to try and make it on a tour day next time in up that way.
if you like cars in general, you guys need to visit Bennington, VT in the summer Hemmings Motor News hosts a car show on Main St., once a month. Some great classics, sports cars, and even auto oddities. Bring the rally cars to one!
Started with $2K? This man needs to write a book about starting, growing, and running a successful business - of any sort. Clearly he's got the secret.
My dream place to visit. Lance is a gift to us Subaru fans.
