Thanks, what happen if you have a text file (test.txt) with position1-15 as NAME, 16-22 as CITY, and 23-27 as ZIPCODE, all these are together. How would you read this file into PYTHON? How would you handle the position issue for these three fields? Thanks

Thanks for this, for some reason when I try to upload a csv file it comes up with 'FileNotFoundError'. How do I troubleshoot?
I had the same problem. I just imported the csv file with the folder path and replaced the backward slash with the forward ones. and it worked
