They sure push the limits though and the rewards obviously outweigh the cost for their society. If it werent they would change. Do you know what they do with this waste? In Australia it is burnt in furnaces to power the sugar cane mill also it is spread on the farms to improve the soil. So it isn’t really wasted.
Why does it have to be transported? Why not convert it right there into organic manure or even boiler fuel. I was born and brought up in a Sugar estate, that is what our company did.
On the way, So much leakage on the road and dust to the nearby...this material should have been fired and use the heat to generate electricity or boil the sugar cane juice...

I've seen breads containing sugar cane fiber at Costco. The nutrition labels have shown high fiber contents.
Should be used to give cattle better living conditions since in these countries they have pretty horrible conditions.
