I've been worrying about my drain for awhile now. I think I'm going to use this!

I hadn't seen these gadgets before and this is the second time in a month I've seen someone post about them. The first was in a very large FB group and zillions of people chimed in with raves. They were discussing a slightly different, simpler sort without the crank - just a straight, but flexible, piece of plastic with little barbs at the end and on up and a ring at the top to hold onto as you fish around.
I'm amazed I never needed one since both my daughter and I had long hair when she was still at home! And I would totally have blamed HER hair, too! Couldn't be mine. 😂
Thanks, Anita, for the review. I sort of believed what I saw before, but I absolutely trust YOU so now I may need to order one, just in case. I feel like fate is trying to tell me something!

Very interesting, thank you. However, there is something to consider when using plastic in the drain. It could break, which could result in having to pay for a plumber to get it out of the system. I saw another video somewhere where someone used something similar and that's what happened.

Hi, if you’re concerned about plastic, opt for the stainless steel version of the same product. I just started using the steel version after replacing the plastic one. My plastic one never broke but just got too grimy.

@@bestkitchenreviews Thank you very much. I am glad there is a steel version. Have a good day!

To avoid blocking a bath drain, you buy an anti-hair mesh that you insert into the drain hole and that's it, you remove it and completely empty it of the hair. This product is not expensive and it greatly prevents drain blockages. Just lo let you know !🙂
