  • In this day and age of online learning, not everyone is lucky enough to have a lot of space to practice a full form in without bumping into furniture or having to stop and start again. This is a form that can be practiced in a relatively small space and lets you maintain a flowing movement.

Sorry, I can now see it when I go into full screen and turn up my screen brightness a little, but not a lot.

@@Poetjanstie Hi John, sorry to hear you cannot see the video well. I've tried it on various different devices now, all without issue. Also not had anyone else mentioning issues so I'm afraid I don't know what to suggest. Are the other videos on this channel visible for you?

@@Poetjanstie on my laptop, I get much more brightness if I angle the screen towards me rather than away from me. If your screen allows you to change the angle, you might want to see if that helps.

@@yorkshire-taichi Yes thanks for the confirmation. Funnily enough, shortly after I’d posted my question, strangely, I discovered that I needed to up the brightness a notch or two. But hey-ho. My wife and I study with David Lipka, but we have used your garden video of the Wu style short (slow) form, which has been very helpful. This ‘reduced space’ demo is even better, although David has confirmed that you have included some elements that don’t apply to the short form that we know. But very useful nonetheless, not least because you have managed to synchronise front and back views in side by side frames.
