Would love to know what your opinion is of the experience of driving on the Italian motorways, I think they become more reckless the further south you drive
@@Tonysur the north was great, the south was a free for all… some close encounters. The amalfi coast was by far the scariest. We didn’t get it on video but we had fully loaded buses coming full speed towards us on blind bends. It was quite scary!
An absolute top rate car to take on such a fab road trip (despite the challenges your faced....) is it back up and running ready for a new adventure?!✌
@@Sanznachito Thank you! It is, however it has developed a couple of small issues since being back but I have plans to turn that into an exciting video :)
@@zaink7037 Still have the TTRS, currently engine out… hopefully lots more content to come on that. Planning on doing a TTE500 turbo upgrade on it (which will be a video). Thanks for watching :)
All VWs eat a bit of oil. Some can need 0.6L every 800km. Check the user manual, it will say it will use oil. I would check it regularly and keep it topped up. Very nice car though. 👍👍
@@theenglishtrucker1849 haha you’re spot on! I had no idea how much oil this car would drink as we literally picked the car up from the seller and drove directly to the eurotunnel. It used about 3 litres on the trip but we did do a mixture of spirited driving… thanks for watching!
rubber dinghy rapids bro ! the four lions so funny
@@SuperOpticJ 😂😂

@@iankahiga9 had to be done 🤣
What camera are you using? The video is crystal clear!
First time viewer here!
Thanks for watching!! Believe it or not it’s an iPhone 15 pro max and a few of the shots were on a DJI OSMO Action camera. Hope you enjoyed :)
Was just recommended your channel! Good video! What was the hotel called with the car lift?
Thanks for watching! :) the hotel is the B’Mine Frankfurt Airport hotel. I highly recommend it if you’re ever driving past!
@MetalAndMotors thanks, 🙏 I'll now go and binge the last few episodes so I'm all caught up!
YEAHHH NEW VID
Lovely video. Beautiful car. Amazing views and most importantly stunning fish.
Congrats, this is my dream car !

Nice car Jake. Try and look after this one, which by the looks of it is going to be hard.

@@MetalAndMotors nice one. I noticed these TTRS are not spoken about much so could also do talks about the engine and common things to look out for
@ that’s a great idea! I will see if I can make a video out of that 😊
