Gordon & Blue Coaches - Thomas Topics

A rather unsatisfactory piece of Thomas lore the blue coaches rewarded to Gordon had great potential for the franchise but never properly utilized... until today! (Bachmann, please save model trains).

If we consider the blue coaches to be "diesel coaches" then maybe Gordon in possession of them could theoretically symbolise comeback for steam. 😲 What do you think of that?

It would be nice to have Gordon pull a rake of blue coaches. In model form, this would be a fun project to tackle and I like this idea. I think I'll try it at some point.

Personally use the blue Pullman coaches
They seem more accurate !

These BR coaches don't really look like those coaches in the show, maybe you should check out the Roco Nightjet coaches, they have a similar livery.

I see. Not a fan of the roof tops which was the other coaches I found in the shop, but thanks for reccommending them I do like their coat of paint.
