Patient ab life long WARFARIAN dose pe rahega aur INR test karwata rahega. Ab agar kuch saal baad patient ko hernia ho geya to bahut dikkat ayegi warf rokni padegi aur surgery hogi. Ye CABG to ok hai us main problem nahi lekin agar MVR main mechanica valve lag geya to life bahut kharab ho jati hai. Warf khao aur INR test karate raho har month.
Main injections in ot also we call them emergency drugs are ADR, NTG, Atropine, Tstat, Mephentermine, & phneylpherine
These are for trachicardia, bradicardiya, hypotension, hypertension and blood loss... & these are the main complications a patient can. Have during surgury

Assalamualaikum sahid bhai meri 6 month pehle Surgery huyi thi 6 month se jyada hone vale & sahid bhai mere pet me gath thi left side kidney ke pas usi ki surgery huyi thi and bhai surgery hone ke baad sena mujhe 1 problem he yr bolne me bi saram aa ri he 😢 to mujhe ye problem he surgery ke baad se na mera sperm nahi nikal raha hai he kiya problem huyi hongi bhai please bhai reply krna bahut tension me hu meri age sirf 17 saal hi he 😭😭 and bhai surgery se pehle meri 1 treatment chal rahi thi chemotherapy ki 😢 please reply krna😢
