ក្នុងភាគទី ៣ នេះស្ថាបត្យករទាំងពីរបានបង្ហាញនូវទស្សនៈរបស់គាត់អំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជន ត្រូវមានផាសុកភាព និងបរិយាកាសល្អជាប្រចាំ។ ហើយពួកគាត់បានធ្វើការវិភាគឡើងវិញនៃតម្លៃលំនៅឋានឱ្យបានសមរម្យប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងមានបរិយាបន្នសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនទូទៅដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលកម្រិតទាប ឬ កម្រិតមធ្យមអាចមានលទ្ធភាពទិញ ឬ សាងសង់បាន។
បើចង់ដឹងពីការរចនានិងដំណោះស្រាយពីបញ្ហាយ៉ាងណានោះ សូមរីករាយទស្សនាដើម្បីជាការឈ្វេងយល់។ ហើយកុំភ្លេចរង់ចាំទស្សនាភាគទី ៤ នៅសប្តាហ៍ក្រោយ!
