We live in a world now whereas telling the truth seems to be like killing someone.. It's not tolerated.. as nobody wants to turn inward to look at themselves or take any responsibility.... Constructive Criticism when offered the right way, will always help us become better at what it is we do and everyone should welcome honesty.. Without it, people just lie to us.. Nobody wants to hurt feelings but I think a person who sucks up to me and who won' tell me the truth is more dangerous than my enemy who will at least tell me.. the truth.. I think those who offer up advice or who give their opinions should be more careful with how they present their opinions and shouldn't come off so negative or as if to be tearing someone down.. When we do that our opinions are more tolerated

I think your work is absloutely amazing. I would like to give a couple of ideas because I see God is going to take you to high places as long as you follow his lead. These are only suggestions and not to be taken personally. 1. Presentation is everything. It is like being on a job for your first day. First impressions will always last and be remembered. So we have to make sure we are dressed to impress. I would say basic black for stylist always works because it does not take away from the client in the chair. Stylist hair and makeup should always be layed and slayed, because after all, we should be an example of what we preach and teach. Plus you are building a brand. You want people to remember your brand even when the video ends! 2. Make sure your background and surroundings are camera and filming ready. There should be nothing in the view other than what you want to display. No background viewers should be visible to viewers that are watching the videos. It can take away from what is being shown. Make sure that things are nice and tidy around you. If you have an assistant that may be assisting you with the video make sure that they are presentable and dressed in all black because it looks more uniformed. Finally, the bible says that your gift will make room for you. Given, your number of subscibers and viewers, it is already doing that. I was in the industry 25 years and owned a business for 12 years until I retired, so I recognize gods gift when I see it. Please keep up the great work and may God continue to bless your hands!
That’s what society says you should do,,but we as stylist are artist so we are allowed to to dress anyway we want..it’s called self expression and freedom,,,that’s the pleasure of being self employed if it was all about black and uniform then go and stay in corporate America!!!! Every stylist can’t get every client so you will attract the clients that are for you!!!!

I love how you doubled the tracks., that's creative! Definitely still do individual track by track, not no more lol! My question is how is it a protective cap when all you did was put a piece of paper over her natural hair once you put the tracks on the glue is going to seal onto her hair correct? I've seen some pretty bad horror stories of people trying to get glue out of their hair.
Looks nice but the part is too deep on the left side.anytime a hairdresser gets near to the end n starts concentrating on one part over n over and pulling out all kinds of gadgets n tools you can bet ur bottom dollar that they done effed up somewhere along the line.

Hope this helps y'all... 1) when doing a deep side part always measure from the top of the temple to mid eyebrow on whatever side you're parting on. This will help to make the part fit your head. 2) Don't make your parts to thin. Beginners can take about 3 fingers( pointer, middle, marriage finger) and make your part around that size or your part will be too thin and make your track show. 3) using a razor will give a more natural cut( especially with weave)

Really wish the camera would have moved w.you, for 10 mins I was staring at the front when u were on the back. Very annoying. Also a solid background would help a lot. Please speed up the recording, the braiding alone took 10 mins to watch. And the long side didn’t even have a bump to it, looks unfinished. Beautiful work tho, just hate u combed the bang 50 tymes

So why not clip all the current dead ends before you start a new style. Braiding an slapping weave on top is half the battle. She should be utilizing this break to make sure the hair under is getting healthy. This is coming from someone who had long, thick, healthy hair but love short styles whether its a wig or weave.
