In the full government colleges your college fees will be less than 10k and hostel expenses are also low. You can also get scholarship, alumni support.
SSN - fee is nearly 2,80,000 + mess bill
PSG - 70000+ 1,00,000 + mess bill
CIT ,Anna, MIT, Thiagaraja - govt quota - around 25000+ 30000(hostel)+ mess bill
If u are concerned about fee, prioritise SSN last while filling in counselling order.

I am studying 2nd year in cecri.....the clg is not upto what u say....last year i just watched all these utube videos related cecri and joined here.....but after joining here I regret the decision that I have took......There is no good teaching in this clg.....yeah cecri is great for scientific research but for b.tech it's not upto the level......if u r a great self learning u can opt for cecri.....otherwise I would suggest you to take other clg.....just think twice before choosing ur clg. Bcaz it's ur future life.

1. Cut off means only 12th PCM marks or 11th marks also combined.
2.For fees consision , PCM marks enough or Total marks also important..

Do not join constituent colleges if you are looking for job after engineering.
No placements in constituent colleges.
Constituent colleges is only for 3 types of students .
1.Not interested in placements or private jobs
2.Just joining engineering for degree and located near to the college
3.Very poor people who can't afford private college fees.
There is no placement in constituent colleges . Many people who passed out struggled to get job.
Even though private college fee is 6 lakhs for 4 years ,you are guaranteed a job of 4 LPA and if you put efforts you can get even 7+ LPA.
Make your parents and friends understand that constituent are useless.
If you don't believe me you can check with anyone who passed out from your target constituent college.
