Great vacation build. Granite Falls is such a pretty world, and it would be nice to have luxury cabins like this on the other lots too. They're still rustic, but modern, with all the necessities.
Your speedbuilds are seriously so soothing to watch. It's very grounding in a way. I love how you always stay on topic talking about the game itself in some way and how you explain what you're doing or what your thought processes are. It's very insightful and it gives me so many ideas on how to achieve certain looks. Thank you.
Little builder tip for you in exchange; you can actually achieve this look without using a floating room/floor piece! Basegame and City Living have those transparent foundation colours in debug that you can apply. Then your terrain can be brought up to touch the flooring as well and Sims can do the 1 step off. Works for bridges, too. Keep making awesome builds. 🤞
PS: it tickles me every time you say "either way, moving on as you can see." 😆 It just does something good to my brain chemistry, I can't explain it.

I love this different build style from you! A quick google search says that ‘hardscape’ can refer to any ‘hard’ garden elements including statuary or boulders. But it is most commonly used to refer paths, patios, and walls. I think landscaping rocks still works!

Also, I would say that anything that has to do with raising or lowering the terrain and placing rocks is terraforming, but rockscaping is definitely a fun way to call it

I grew up in a cabin out in like the wooded area where you look up and see every Star imaginable that is almost exactly what it looked like that we stayed in. The rooms smelled like cedar it
