More about Keep It Thick: Keep It Thick is an innovative events brand, on the forefront of Cape Towns house music scene.
More about MRB: MRB is located in the Mother City, better known as Cape Town, he has been producing his own music for over 4 years till present (2017) & has been DJing since age 14. MRB featured during his High School years regularly on various Radio stations situated in Cape Town such as GOOD HOPE FM & Vibe Radio to name a few. In MRB's final year of High School, he managed to produce his First Single which launched in 2016 with Singer/Songwriter MicaylaJean who is located in Port Elizabeth. The song got recognition by DJ's around South Africa & Pioneer, DJ Fresh & also got played in DJ Fresh's Ultimix @ 6, on DJ Euphonik's guest Campus Mix in 2016 and has been play listed on various radio stations till present. MRB also released thereafter a compilation of Remixes & Bootlegs, which he released shortly after his Single "Adore Me" the remixes & bootlegs were produced throoughout his final year of High School & the album name is "Definitions", the reasoning behind the name is because every track on the album has its own "Definition" or in other words meaning. At the moment, MRB is currently a Marketing student but is still working on new releases that he plans to push out in 2018.
In his own words he says: "2017 has been a really tough year for me as a Producer as well as an individual, I lost all my content in December 2016 which was due to release in January 2017, but through God's grace I was able to pick myself up & continue as if nothing happened, I can't get any of my music back, nor can i reproduce it - but I hope the productions to come will show that I've been working on my craft, as times changed my genre taste has been exploring as well, I'm too inconsistent to really be consistent, then again there is a song for every kind of person, which I hope will you will find in my new offerings to come."
