Whew!! Thank you for this!! I have been so tired of just eating sides for the holidays, I was looking for a great meat/twerky alternative. I purchased that roasted twerky from Trader Joe’s some years back and was so upset. It was like eating stuffing, not dressing but stuffing. So this year I almost decided to purchase the bald head twerky 😂 but seeing your recipe I would like to give it a try, time consuming, but I can see it will be worth it. I don’t have a mixer to knead the dough, but I will figure something out! Thanks again!!
I'll definitely make this! I love cooking and this would be a perfect Saturday with wine and music. Does this freeze and reheat well? Since it's time consuming I'd like to make enough to freeze and thaw later for sandwiches, wraps, etc. Phenomenal job! 😋
