At practice, they do drills of all the numbers from 0-9, in four different squads (sections). That way all the band director has to do is tell each squad what number to execute. It looks hard but its fairly simple.
I would like to see footage of this one Grambling State game which during halftime, the entire marching band formed the score of that game. I was like, "How did they know what the score was before they executed that formation?"

Ok every SWAC band has their own style first off. 2nd, what part of HURRICANE IN HOUSTON DONT YALL UNDERSTAND. i mean of course it wasnt the best show and not the best sound, but they did good for showin up at the game after the storm. big ups to the crabs....
first this game was way after the hurrican this game was towards the end of the season and was originally suppose to be in san antonio and they changed it last minute.... second we nt tryna copy no damn su no disrespect but the reason our version of spotlight was changed was because we put it on the field and the beginning of tha song started off soft and the head bd didnt want that since it was put into the field show. look at the clip of us from the early 08 season playin it to now its diff.
@mbellard6317 and that is why 3 of them on a NFL squad as 1st year rookies....so u must dont travel I have seen some HORRIBLe TROOPs in the HBCU and I am 40 ...and been withis thing for a LONG time
@mbellard6317 you must be blind or smoking, TNSU and MVSU has the worst danclines, and it seems that all vids you comment on are when the other band didnt show-up take time to research and actually see vids or footage to when these girls make squads not even dance in the 5th quarter..........
