There’s no other words to describe this video than just, yes. Everything was just perfect and the shots in the afternoon sun on the trip back are fantastic! Great video mate, can’t wait to get over there one time.
Excellent video, Joe, from start to end! It's just a shame there weren't nicer leaves and more sun this year! A lot of great whistles too. I very much enjoyed.
Dude great video! Chasing this train was alot of fun. Hopefully the next big thing will be chasing 2102 next year. And yeah I think I saw you at lake drive.
I watched this train depart Port Clinton yesterday (October 31) and it was a sight to behold. We then tried to "chase" it for several crossings as it worked its way north. We managed to get roadside 4-5 times, but that thing was so fast, there was zero time to set up a camera. The air was pretty saturated with moisture yesterday, so the the steam/vapor hung thick and made for an amazing trail. 425 sounds like a rocket when you pace her....just a constant "whooosh" that conveys a sense of awesome power. So neat to finally have witnessed steam power going pretty fast. Nice job on this video. You got the video I was unable to get!
This video is just spectacular! I didn't find much luck chasing the Fall Foliage trains myself, but seeing how great this video came out makes me want to give it another go next year. Astounding work!
It's sad that 425 has to go down for her 15 year rebuild this year or in a year, such a beautiful Pacific and Steam Excursion Star. At least 2102 will take it's place for now.
You gotta love that B&M 6-Chime step top whistle on the “Four And a Quarter.” They don’t often put that whistle on the engine these days since the last time they put it on was nine and fourteen years ago. But I’m glad that the engine is wearing it again for this annual occasion.
Heard that 2102 will be back next year and well maybe a doubleheader steam excursion with 2102 and 425 before the Blue Pacific goes down for its 1472 FRA Day Inspection by the end of 2022.

This is terrific. Honestly the greatest steam experience you can get east of the Mississippi. Keep up the great work Joe.
Thanks Jack!! I agree 100%

Wow. Just wow. You really kicked the ball. Amazing.
Thanks!
That Hometown High Bridge Shot with the B&M 6 Chime 🥵🤤. Again it was great seeing ya Joe!
It was great seeing you out there too! I wanted to shoot the High bridge specifically with that whistle lol
Excellent video, Joe, from start to end! It's just a shame there weren't nicer leaves and more sun this year! A lot of great whistles too. I very much enjoyed.
Thanks, Mark! The Leaves were nicer towards the end of the month, but more sun would've definitely been nice!
Incredible! Your videos never cease to amaze me! This has to be some of your best work yet! Very well done!
Thanks! I put a lot into this one.
@@TrainChamber no problem! It really shows!
Time and time again, you never fail to live up to expectation and go beyond that! Beautiful video Joe!
Thank you, Arthur!
I Like the B&M 6 chime for Hudson 5406.
These trips have always been my favorite when it came to R&N excursions.

Thanks! I dont think R&N will be slowing down anytime soon.
Fantastic video. Got shot ideas for this year with 2102 now. It took a while to watch but i enjoyed it.
Nice train bro
Astounding video, Joe! This really shows a lot time and effort from the varied locations and selection of whistles!
Thanks Vince! Glad you enjoyed!

Thank you! My first time chasing fall foliage was pretty rocky as well. With time comes experience

Awesome job, how do you get to the hometown high bridge since I want to shoot there this year?
You park nearby Lincoln Ave then walk just off the right of way until you get to the bridge.
Thanks I appreciate it
