@CtakTV never got to catch one before they took it away, the 600's are still awesome to watch. Just something about a twin piped Rev 800, one they were in my opinion the best looking race sleds. Plus they bark like a hound
@CtakTV I know, but I think two factors why supercoss isn't going anywhere, first all the bikes are 4 strokes, and 2 the sport is growing more and more, making it profitable to stadiums
Mods aren’t going to bring back snox. For that sport to survive it needs snow and lower sled prices. There’s really no point to it anymore for people to watch two OEM’s race each other.
Times change, had oval racing in 70's/80's, cross country racing, radar runs/grass drags in the 90's and then Sno X became popular. The mountain scene killed off that.
@ exactly. It’s much cheaper, easier and effective from an advertising and sales point of view to sell some discounted sleds to “influencers“ and have them promote the brand. They will do the hard work of creating content on social media and attract way more views and attention than any race event or win provides.
@@thatalaskaguy Your right, I think OEM's are missing out on a lot of sales from new sledders and kids that don't need a lot of power and can't lift a 500lb machine. The old style trapper machines like the Bravo LT and Tundra 2, Enticer long track should make a comeback. I personally think a well organized race event would do well but it would have to be held farther North to make sure the snow levels are good, you would need top influencers to go live for you and maybe have some riders go live and do a 2000 mile cross Country race or something.
Is it common for studs to bend?im not even hard on it cause my little kid rides in front ,1 completely missing and 3 bent in 130 miles, disappointing really.

Snocross needs to come back to places like Detroit and other indoor places to bring back the sport
I believe the emissions and public safety have prevented events like this from happening. We are lucky supercross still has indoor events.
