    Cheryl Eagleson (she/her) graduated high school in 1969, attended University of Cincinnati, earning and BA and BS Ed and earned a Masters Ed from Xavier University. She worked at CNA Insurance Company for 6 years, then spent 10 years as an Actuarial Consultant at a well known actuarial firm in Cincinnati. When the firm closed, she was offered an opportunity to join the Institutional Trust Division of US Bank, specializing in qualified retirement plans, where she worked another 10 years. She then had an opportunity to join the staff of Ohio's oldest public market, Findlay Market.
    During her career, she also became very active in the emerging gay communities in Cincinnati. She volunteered for a variety of nonprofit organizations that supported LGBT persons. She was elected as President of Queen City Careers Association from 1992 - 1994, The Imperial Sovereign Queen City Court of the Buckeye Empire Court awarded her with the Stonewall Community Advocacy Award on June 27, 2009. She hosted a weekly GLBT radio program every Saturday afternoon call Alternating Currents for many years. She was honored by HRC in 2020 with the Crowley Award, Women of Over the Rhine, and is a proud Kentucky Colonel. She is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and sat on the alumni board for 6 years. She is a member of Christ Church Episcopal Cathedral and is the Head Verger of the Cathedral. She has been a long time supporter of St. George Food Pantry and the Panera Dough Nation program of delivering day old bread to St. Vincent DePaul locations in Cincinnati every Tuesday morning.
