Mobile editing softwares are never a professional editing softwares. If you really want to explore editing go with whatever laptop you have. Use davinci resolve software it provides many free features. You can only do just basic editing in these laptops. In a normal laptop while editing it will lag a lot after 30 to 60 mins. But you will get a chance to explore editing. Once you can think you can go forward then buy a good laptop with required specifications. Good luck.
