soooo important that I'm on the same health wave as my partner. it's tricky when one has a healthy lifestyle and the other doesn't, buttt you can definitely make your way up to it! kellen didn't eat healthy before, but we now does since we've been together :)

just a tip that if you want your avocado to ripen quicker, don't leave it in the fridge! leaving it at room temp will speed up the ripening process

And store them next to a banana, the avo will rippen quicker 😜

Love the meal ideas! Storing avos in the fridge slows down the ripening process so it’s better to ripen them on the counter then throw them in the fridge ❤️
yes! the meal ideas help A LOT, because I'm looking for yummy, but efficiency during the weekdays. TY for the avocado tip!
I can have sometimes 8 in the fridge for weeks by just doing this!

My husband juiced carrot and orange together and then just tiny pour of vanilla almond milk. Then he put it in the freezer and it tasted like a cream cycle slushy it was yummy I didn’t know it had carrots even until he told me.

A little avocado tip... you need to leave them out on the counter for a few to so they can ripen a little. Then you put them in the fridge.

if you put the sweet potato in the air fryer, it only takes 20-25 minutes, and so juicy! I like it to be my breakfast.

oatly is super bad for you so defffff pick up a cleaner brand, if you care that is . i found out 12 oz of oatly is equivalent to a 12 oz of coke !! and an 8z of oatly is the same as eating a medium order of fries! and its all because of the rapeseed oil, maltose and glycemic ingredients in oatly. My bloating stopped after i stopped drinking it! just a heads up hehe you can still google it
omg whaaaat. i drink so much oatly! which dairy-free milk brand do you drink now?
@@ellenvlora SAME! After I stopped drinking it I realized my bloat and extra weight was coming from that alone 😂 it’s sucks because a lot of non dairy milks are doing this now!! As a vegan and coffee lover I get so mad lol.. I always look at the back ingredients to see if it has just oats and water now. Trader Joe’s is really good and strictly has oats + water .. a lot of people I know switched to the brand “malk” cause it’s clean but I’ve yet to try that one

also how are the siete tortillas? i’ve been meaning to try but am skeptical
we love them! it's a great alternative - buttt being that it is an alternative, the texture is different so it's not doughy at all. we love the siete brand range though!
