I read this book about 6-7 months ago and the deep pit of despair that this book engenders still lingers.
I think your review is pretty accurate.
    Fuck this book is heavy.
Also, fun fact this book was given to me by a secret admirer or a forgotten friend? I don’t know but last august it was delivered, addressed to me w no indication as who sent it. Perhaps a farewell from my best friend and great love or perhaps not.

Real fantastic review! I just finished the book and loved it but I was confused by a lot of things since the book was so dense and intense but your review really helped me reflect on it. Keep up the good work!

thanks so much for this review. I really loved how open and honest you were. also- I was so confused about whether or not I just missed the explanations of what actually happened, and knowing that nothing was actually truly explained made me like what I read even more. what a weird and harrowing experience.

Agreed, the mystery really was a wonderful aspect. harrowing is a great word for this book. I'm glad you loved it so much! Thanks so much for watching!

Great review, definitely going to read this one. Second video of yours I watched, subscribed for more. Normally I read sci-fi, but looking to branch out.

Great review. I've just finished this book. I'd have to say it's probably the best one I've read this year and I'll definitely be reading Amygdalatropolis next.

Thank you! I am glad you loved it as much as me. Amygdalatropolis was not as good but I still enjoyed it so I hope you enjoy it too!

I saw Steve Talks Books had a panel discussion of this book over on his channel...
