This is a very good programme to unite Ethiopians. Thank you Ato Yared and Ato Assefa (RIP). The message here is not to accuse anybody, but it shows that there has been a cooperation between AMHARA and OROM in Ethiopia's nation building or state building project. In the process, because of language challenges and the expansion of central bureaucracy in the provincial towns, the State structures became oppressive and alien to the Local people. That is the cause of the emergence of regional and ethnic consciousness.

Ato Assefa´s argument lacks much substantial elements that constitute what colonizers can endure on the subjects .Those Amharized oromos who helped Minilik conquer south have already changed their identities . They carry Amahara culture and Abbyssinians way of world outlook. Language relgion ways of life et.c . So Asseffa fails to differentiate that those ppl he is referring to can not represent ormoism at all!
Oromos killed millions of Sidamos , Amharas ,Somalis,Afars and others for their cattles' grasses. Don't act like you were the only victims in Ethiopian history.
