Next patch will be trash as well because in the new Dain quest, while D himself have the least dialogs Pimon have the most. And then we will wait another year for some hints in the story...which even with recent Fontain W will suck...

I think,...Furina was hyped bc of her personality. Not JUST bc of the archon buff, design and gameplay. My opinion: Furina personality is the best in Genshin and 10 times better than Zhongli's. And the VA did an amazing job hyping up her personality.

Nahida basicllay save her nation and the entirety of teyvat through the irminsul and furina successfully save her nation from the curse placed by the god and flip the finger to them. Venti & zhongly hold a huge secret about the heavenly beings. And the there is riden... which has no relevancy to the plot at all.
I have Hu Tao C1, Diluc C5, Yoimiya, and every single 5 stars Fire dps in the game but i pulled for Arlecchino, why? First and most important: Because she is so FUN. Really, to me she is one of the most fun characters to play until date. Also, lorewise, she is such a badass character.
I assume she won't break any records because: A) too masculine to be a thirst trap for the playerbase, and B) isn't nearly as personable/ relatable as characters like Furina This isn't a dig, genshin's just so big that characters have to appeal to as wide a crowd as possible
