That was back in 1997 Anna had released a few other english songs prior to this but Forgive me this was her first english song released as a single targeted for Australian market. It did quite well in Australian charts back then.
Forgive Me This is about a young woman who got abortion and asks for forgiveness from her unborn child who's in Heaven. Also, this song reached #66 of the Australian singles chart. However, it wasn't her first English song. Her first English song was Love Is A Lonely Weekend (1982) which was the English version of her Eurovision entry Mono I Agapi.
What is more, Anna has had many concerts in Australia, US and of course in various European countries.
