@@Enoughalready20237 It would never be me and my child, because I taught my child (who is, in the meantime, a grown man) to never litter. And I didn't have to lecture him. He never saw his parents litter. (Yes, parents.) And if he had wronged a neighbor, his parents (yes, parents) would not have used the cops as a weapon on his behalf. The unfortunate lesson my son learned very early is that nyc cops work on behalf of black criminals, against law-abiding, White citizens.
Each of them should have had a lawsuit separately and awarded each in turn for such violent tactics. MONEY will NEVER replace the nightmares, fear and terror upon the young girl. Cops need long term therapy BEFORE any taser or gun is in their power.

this officer should not be a police officer because he hold ethnic bias. NO AMOUNT of police training can remove bias he was brought up that way. UNTIL department screen their officer for ethic bias this will continue.
