@@abraham2172 Season 2 wasn't bad IMO, but was definitely not as good as season 1 and it felt like the showrunners were basically trying to one-up themselves in the writing room over and over again while writing it (which is apparently somewhat true, as apparently somebody on Reddit figured out the original twist in season 2 and the writers basically rewrote the season out of spite). Season 3 was okay as a futuristic sci-fi concept, but it didn't really feel like Westworld to me so I definitely think it deserves the hate. Season 4 IMO was actually quite good and was almost a return to form for the show that would have panned out much better if a season 5 had come (assuming I understand the trajectory of the plot correctly), but by then it was too little too late so season 4 had horrendous viewership since most people bailed after season 3.

While watching Silo, I thought the opening is the same as Westworld. And it really is. I don't know if Silo ripped this off. Even the pacing and vibe of the animations is kinda similar.

One of the most promising series and one of the most unfair cancellations.
