I remember Jordan saying on a show many months back after Calafiori's goal against city that he has many more bangers like that yet to come. And he was right. Calafiori is a gem
check the rules of when VAR can intervene. They are able to get involved in “direct red card decisions”. Some times you’ve gotta call a spade a spade. Those refs are up to something.
Jordan “it’s incompetence, not corruption” My brother in christ, he has issued 108 yellows and 8 reds to arsenal in 55 games. Meanwhile, he has officiated 50 games for city has issued 0 red cards. He awarded a red card for a tactical foul but a second yellow for a even worse challenge. Martinelli 2 yellows same phase of play, kovacic not getting sent off. Trossard sent off less than a second after the whistle, and now this That’s just against Arsenal, he has legitimately favored city in terms of offside goals and penalties.
Totally a big mug oliver is an Arsenal hater he should be sacked but he wont therefore at the very least he should never be allowed to ref an Arsenal game again but sadly again he will which is awful and disgraceful @BreadWinna-dj9mt
Agree. You have to be more naive to believe Oliver hasn’t got a problem with Arsenal and that he’s just incompetent. Is he only incompetent for Arsenal games but magically improves for other games? Come on man!
The vid just dropped 10 minutes ago, but here’s a quick rundown for you: Lee’s mate Ross reckons Liverpool are class, but the games are coming thick and fast, and they'll drop points in a tough run of fixtures this Feb. Jordan’s buzzing about the clean sheets. He can see why the VAR didnt overturn the decision, and the flirter didn’t step up! Turkish called out Havertz for creating space but says if we don’t strengthen, we can forget about winning anything. And James? He’s proud of the boys, says Calafiori is our new Maldini, and loves that we matched our XG for the first time this season! Stay tune to the forever Arsenal highlights comment for all you Jordans out there!

Corruption is the occam’s razor explanation. It’s just too obvious at this point. Quick game changing calls and the doubling down by the pgmol, media, etc. is also indicative of it.-And it’s not just about refs wanting to favor the opposition club in that game. It could be for a variety of reasons.
Jordan atleast saying its not a red, but saying its not corrupt and its just incompetence. Explain how Michael Oliver has given arsenal 8 reds in his career and the team he has given the second most reds is everton with 3. Thats more than double the second most reds cards. Liverpool 1 red and city 0 red!! Its BLATANT CORRUPTION.
I think the problem is some conflate corruption only with bribery, typically it involves bribery but it doesn't necessarily have to be monetary. It can be as simple as dishonest conduct from those in authority.
He needs to lighten up. I say this as a fellow baldie: it's only an issue if you make it one. Shave it all off like I did, grow a strong beard and be free of any insecurities and nobody will care 😂 or take pills for life and top up your transplant every 3-5 years and bleed your savings on a losing battle
Michael Oliver doesn’t stop to think or use any common sense. Why is he always so quick and snappy with his decisions when it comes to Arsenal? Yet when he referee’s Man City he takes his time.
We’ve slogged it through January with a skeleton squad..now is the time for the club to decide whether we end the season now or breathe some new life into it.. Sign someone 🤝
While I am not usually into conspiracies, this is out of hand. 8 reds reffing arsenal games vs none for city from Oliver. The biggest piece of evidence for me which ironically speaks to a phrase Jordan mentioned, is the game where city played arsenal and kovacic made a clear red card tackle and wasn't sent off l. The reason the oliver(again) and the refs gave was that he didn't want to send off kovacic because it "would ruin the the game". Definitely something in this Oliver stuff, may come out years from now like the klopp ref situation.
Red card? Not quite sure coz he wasn't the last man and the challenge wasn't a red card challenge, this is a view not just held by Arsenal fans but rational and objective football lovers from all corners of the world, nevertheless, Karma bailed Arsenal out and came back home with three points.

They hold off calling offsides sometimes when it’s more than a yard to let it play out. Yet, the most difficult decisions can be made in a split second with full knowledge 90+% it will never be over turned. VAR as its used serves no purpose.
Lee's opening statement is correct Arsenal as a football club now need to grow a big pair of ballix and stand up to the FA and the PGMOL and say no more
If Turkish was to be docked points for camera off then Jordan should have been docked points for all the dodgy camera angles & quality, Jordan would have 115 charges for the season if we look back over his camera issues
Ref in a world cup final admitted he didn't send someone off because of spectacle and think it was Spanish player and they went on to win it. Webb said Kovacic not off due to ruining game. Clear and obvious is sooo subjective its a joke
@katlego8539 👍. Justice was done in the end then after all. But idea is there. They could have lost. Vague memory of it. It was a red. But refs don't seem to mind ruining Arsenal games lol.
I reckon we give Turkish a pass on not docking him points atleast he still made it to the show being away from home and if he missed the show you’d want to dock him points so he can’t always win

James you cannot be serious about how kicking someone should be a red. The decision involved Arsenal so they don't really need any good reason. They have been doing this for a long time and got so comfortable with it. Oliver just outdid himself this time.

Isn't the purpose of var to eliminate these mistakes? There are no excuses for dubious calls. Because officials will continuously do this until they are held accountable. Bottom line!
I do actually remember when Oliver first came onto the refereeing scene as such at the top level, and was duly earning his reputation for being one of the best around or at least getting a mention in that conversation. That Clattenburg and Webb had similarly become the stand out officials of their era, it seemed like a somewhat natural progression that he too would follow suit. However, it struck me some 2 or 3 years back that upon his generally being recognised as the new gold standard, that the acclaim seemed to have gone to his head in having transformed from mostly being appropriately anonymous during games, to now interjecting himself into the credits...' Welcome to the weekends big match of Manchester City versus Arsenal, co-starring Michael Oliver!' If we can readily recognise that in all too many instances, fame and fortune (actors, sportsmen, musicians etc) can act to turn previously modest, humble and considerate people into absolute dicks, why would you perceive that the same wouldn't befall those who operate on the periphery, or was David Coote just a figment of my imagination?
James is so petulant sulking when Lee was speaking just because Lee said he was receding 😂 Toughen up fella! It's only hair and only banter. Give it back to him or shave it all off and be free of your insecurities. There are far more important things to worry about.
I think where Arteta has gone wrong, is he didn't know how much the owners would let him spend and he should of got a world-class striker in before we bought Jesus and Havertz. But to be fair we were coming 8th and 5th, so what world class striker would come to Arsenal 2-3 years ago. We're ahead of schedule but this doesn't let the owners of the hook. 2-3 years we could have won the league with a top 4 players, apart from Saka, Rice, Saliba, Gabriel, Reya and Odegaard. The rest can improve like Timber. But some have reached their peak, and I think they are squad players, not first-teamers. The Kroenke's need to step up another level and break the bank one more time. 👍👍⚽⚽
In case people don't understand the magnitude of what we're dealing with, we have a striker, Haverts, who can't progress the ball when presented the chance to do so, without stumbling.
Great show as always lads! For me, this game has highlighted another big issue that we desperately need to solve this January transfer window. Along with a striker, I think we MUST bring a new referee in!
Not gonna lie guys, I told Jess before and now I'm more and more convinced: Calafiori should swap with Havertz, he's 10 times the striker Havertz ever was!👾
If Turkish is getting deducted points for keeping his camera off. Lee should be deducted points for keeping his camera on 😜. Just joking Lee you know we love you 🤣
Guys, Jordan called those decisions by Michael Oliver against Arsenal “errors”, I disagree, those aren’t errors. When it happens constantly every single season, it’s a conscious choice, one/two times we can call it errors, not with that level of consistency.
Wish Turkish or one of you lot raised the issue of Nwaneri's performance in midfield in the Wolves game. He appears a lot more suited to playing out wide down the right than in midfield at the highest level in the Prem
Am a Liverpool fan and i have a genuine question to arsenal fans, what are your chances of winning the league or champions league this season if u don't buy attacker this window, with Saka out and havertz dropping stinkers?
No chance, havertz is good but just overplayed. Need one player to rotate the attack and keep it fresh. Rice is back in form so we can go all the way if we make a signing
Simple answer: instead of going to Dubai, the whole team will go to Lourdes, and devine intervention will turn the tide in our favour. 🤣😅😆 I'd that doesn't work, I still should have a few voodoo dolls and pins. That'll do it.
Whether you're fighting for the league, for European places or to simply stay up, the stakes are so high yet most of the games rules are open to interpretation. In this country at least.
I remember Jordan saying on a show many months back after Calafiori's goal against city that he has many more bangers like that yet to come. And he was right. Calafiori is a gem

Watched the bergkamp award ceremony and thought how much we need to create legacy . Now is the time. Sign some players or legacy is over
we just never do enough. always short of 2 or 3 players mainly due to kroenkes tightness
As Jordan says we 2 or 3 players short of being great..it really is so sad @@goonerruss7583
My favourite podcast hair on time!!
You cannot rule out tactical fouls with instant red cards thats not the way forward and I guarantee the players would hate it
In case people don't understand the magnitude of what we're dealing with, we have a striker, Haverts, who can't progress the ball when presented the chance to do so, without stumbling.
Just joking Lee you know we love you 🤣
The only time I can remember him favouring is was vs Liverpool 3-2 Thiago Alcantara on G. Jesus.
Same game with saka offside goal.
@TheMercWithMouth How did Oliver favour us. VAR issue prevented them from checking. They can't judge with eyes only.
@@Adedayoaa relax Bethany just clarifying which game
Lee with another gem! Kolavic the Man City midfielder 😂
Jordan joking it was a red was absolutely fantastic
Jordan got me when he said “ I disagree it’s a clear red.” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 crying laughing
Turkish after hair will still wear the cap, so what's the point?
Old habits die hard
English football ref's can be corrupt, but they always seem to focus on other leagues, but won't admit that corruption happens everywhere in the world
Am a Liverpool fan and i have a genuine question to arsenal fans, what are your chances of winning the league or champions league this season if u don't buy attacker this window, with Saka out and havertz dropping stinkers?
We’re not winning shite
Non existent mate. Congrats Liverpool
No chance, havertz is good but just overplayed. Need one player to rotate the attack and keep it fresh. Rice is back in form so we can go all the way if we make a signing
0 lol
Simple answer: instead of going to Dubai, the whole team will go to Lourdes, and devine intervention will turn the tide in our favour. 🤣😅😆
I'd that doesn't work, I still should have a few voodoo dolls and pins. That'll do it.
Whether you're fighting for the league, for European places or to simply stay up, the stakes are so high yet most of the games rules are open to interpretation. In this country at least.
I’d be up for the ref asking to see an incident again before he makes a decision
Now Turkish's hairline is moving like Gabriels 😂
