The only people that love that spot more than Kurt and Muck are Nokta’s marketing team. 🙏🏻 “Please sweet baby Jesus don’t let him switch to the Minelab”. Goes on to recover more coppers than most have found in their entire life. Great stuff boys!
Congratulations you two what a great day you had. Tell muck not to stomp his muck boots so hard on the scoop. Thanks for getting me out on your adventure. Until next week, see ya!
What an awesome hunt you both had, congratulations. I've been detecting since I was 11 when I got a Bounty Hunter Marauder TR for Christmas. My grandparents got it from the Sears Christmas catalog. Have used 4 other detectors. I'm 52 now and have a AT MAX. I've found Wheaties, Mercurys, Barbara dimes, quarters and even an 1894 half. But could not swing across an Indian. That is until today July 5th 2024. I found my White Whale, an 1891. Thanks for all your hard work making great videos each week. They inspire me to keep swinging.
I like that you get excited over buttons. 🙂 So many people are so focused on coins that they are disappointed in anything else. The buckle is gorgeous!!
Kurt, do you ever search the banks of these rivers? Some of the background shots appear that they are accessible and not too steep. Seems like there would be some good ground to cover.
Astounding! What finds. I just came from a park in Sacramento where a metal detecting club was searching for modern pocket change, and not very successfully.
Kurt n Muck Those were all some killer finds! God I wish I lived my life on the eastern coast so I could have found more cool stuff like that and I could never talk my wife into a move now at our age!! Great job and plenty of hard work!!!!
Wow! Congrats on an epic hunt! Looking forward to seeing a return trip - I gotta believe there's more copper and some old silver waiting for you there! HH!
I am new to the channel. I´ve been detecting for 6 years and this is the first time I run into your channel; I don´t know why. YT should´ve recommended this sooner. Awesome finds! I am using a Quest X10 but my dream machine is the Legend, hopefully I´ll get one soon. Cheers!
You've got some catching up to do on some amazing vids and finds! Search Hoover Boys best finds and watch their compilations for each year. You will be absolutely amazed! Best metal detecting channel on YT! Welcome to the show and happy hunting!
Hoover Boys are great to watch. Fun group of men. Be sure to check older videos. Look for Billy always estatic with finds. And Brad who has digger magic. And 44, have fun discovering where that came from. Mark and Kurt always a great team to watch. Kurt has all the knowledge. And Mark's face must be too handsome to show. A few other good channels are Aquachiggar and Quarter Hoarder. Check them out as well if you haven't.
Holy copper mine!! Owe you an apology for being critical of water hunts last year. This was the most awesome colonial copper video I can recall watching. Really, really was interesting seeing those finds. Congratulations!
Excellent Hunt. Feels so good when you can find a spot like that. All the Buttons and Buckle Pieces. Congrats. Rhe one small Buckle Beautiful Kurt. Congrats on all the Coppers and IHP. Take Care Kurt and Muck
I skipped lunch today, was starving when I got home, thought I’d watch your upload first. BIG MISTAKE!! The amount of coins and buttons you were digging got my stomach all in knots, and THEN you busted out those fillets with BUTTER!!! What a great site, congrats to both of you! What a day, thanks for sharing.
Wow 😮… pull tabs last week, coppers this week. The swings sure can be extreme. Haha….Sorry for Mark that “the thrill of victory came at the agony of the scoop”. Great to see your efforts pay off. Congrats guys!

Great video to watch. I recently moved to the California Delta which has a history of the 49ers stopping here on the way to San Francisco. Once in a while I will see old pilings next to the shore and this area was used as waterways for boats back then. I’m going to start looking for those spots to work.
I found my first Morgan Dollar yesterday! Sadly, I pulled a Brad and gave it a nice scratch with the shovel. It was an incredible rush of excitement and disappointment. However, the excitement always wins out, and it’s an incredible find. 1883 S. Love your videos, thanks for all you do for the hobby.
That new machine is working great for you, Kurt! Great colonial spill! What a lunch - mmmm. Gotta get me that machine. Happy Independence Day to you and your family!
Man, when I watch your channel I get so inspired . The research though, to know where the paths of men stopped so many years ago is a challenge. This site is massacre dump, possibly in the winter.
Awesome video! Beautiful work with the camera. Makes it a pleasure to watch every time. I'm curious to see your opinion of the Triple Score vs. the Legend over time. Thanks for another great episode.

I have to say that this channel has me researching the hell out of my local town in order to determine where the best possible dig sites would be. Now my town has some serious history given that it was the site of America's first gold rush. I have some amazing places to find gold but not history, but will say i have found some crazy stuff while digging for gold. Last year, I found a 1894 barber half dollar and a old moonshine jug. I pan in the summer and metal detect in the winter and this winter i have plans to hit the old camp sites so hopefully will do much better than last year
I found a coin while digging in my garden yesterday!! It was a very dirty 1958 wheatie!! I felt like a detectorist! 😃

Some of the arrowheads found in your country are 14000 years old . Well done saving history. 👍
True !
Great job today. All the old, old, old coins. Glad you had a great time. Have a wonderful day and eat your lunches.
Love the fast paced action. I could watch 10 seconds of everything dug. Surprisingly no one ever has calipers to check diameter of these coins.
A+
I’m so glad for the both of you… you both deserve it!!!😉
