I just got one of these in black. Maisto modeled this and their Rubicon after the 2003 facelifted and updated versions of the Jeep Wrangler TJ. You can tell by the shape of the seats and by the fact that the Rubicon trim was new for '03. Bburago made an identical Wrangler Sahara in different colors.
I really say that Jeeps are my favorite Maisto releases! Have a few on my collection and they are all well made and nicely detailed. Thanks for those details though. I did not go all that in depth lol.
For a Maisto it is definately a good model and worth to buy. Of course it is not an AUTOart, Ertl or something like this but for the money you don't do anything wrong and such a Jeep Wrangler is definately a cool thing in every collection. I will put it on my "what to buy next" list.
Nice model. I have a couple of their JK Willys. Very nice models for $19.99 cdn at Costco. Now would they please make my JLU Sahara 4XE? Only JLUs I know of are sealed resin made by Otto and quite pricy.
I love Maisto Jeeps. Have quite a few. GT Spirit seems to have that market cornered for new Jeeps (I have reviewed the Gladiator and Green Rubicon I think). Not sure if someone else will be doing them unless Maisto picks it up. I've seen some 1/24 Gladiators but no Sahara, nor 392s, nor 4xe's yet... Hopefully someone will offer them!
I'm not at home but since this is a 1/18 scale, I'm pretty sure it will turn out to be 10 inches long, 4 inches wide, 4 inches height. But this is just an estimation. Need to go home and verify.

Yeah. Thing is that Maisto is the only one making Jeeps (modern) as far as i know. Definitely a decent one for the collection!
Superb model from Maisto 1/18 scale , Jeep Wrangler Sahara. That's a very nice model at this scale with great details and features !🥇🏆👍🎩👌👏👏👏
Thanks bud and totally agree!! 😊💪
One of the greatest Jeeps I think! Great also without the side doors. :)
Agree! Would love these to have removable doors!
@@DiecastNewb Me too! :)
Without a doubt, the best JEEPS are from Maisto!!.. ✌😎
Oh yeah!! No doubt about it! 😍💪🏽
Nice looking classic Jeep! Cant wait to see it on the jungle😬😊🚗💨
😬😬 might need to bring them along with me when visiting my folks lol.
That’s a good looking jeep! Awesome review!💪🏻💪🏻
Thanks bud! Love Maisto Jeeps! Hopefully their new broncos will have at least similar quality!
I got one of these as a gift during Christmas 05. I broke it (accidently) 2 months later. I was so sad when it happened.
That sucks. But at least quite a few of these are still out there at decent prices (i.e. like $30 or so)
Nice review buddy 👍
Thanks my friend! Definitely a cool one to play with! 💪😊

Yoyoyo
Nice detail 🤩
😍 it is a very nice ride!! Thanks for watching!
does the top come off on it?
It's not designed for it to come off. But I'm pretty sure that with enough force, it could be removed lol. You'll create your custom version 😊💪
@@DiecastNewb alright thanks!
can you tell the size and dimensions of the model ? thanks

Reply back tomorrow and I'll get you more decent measurements. But I'm probably not too far off.
