    INGREDIENTS
    1 Cup All purpose Flour
    1/2 Cup Hershey's special dark Dutched cocoa powder
    1 cup Granulated fine sugar
    1 Tsp Baking powder
    1 Tsp Baking soda
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 Egg
    1 Tsp Chocolate or Vanilla essence
    1/2 Cup milk
    1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
    1/2 Cup boiling hot water mixed with 1 Tsp instant coffee
    For the Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
    4 ounces or 1 cup semisweet Dark chocolate chips
    1/2 Cup heavy cream
    METHOD
    Shift all the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add the sugar and mix. Add all the wet ingredients in same bowl. Lastly add the hot water mixed with coffee. Mix well till incorporated.
    Pour the batter in a mug to pour easily into the liners. Fill the cupcake liners only till 2/3 full, else it overflows. Bake at 180 for 22-25mins or till toothpick inserted comes clean.
    Makes around 12-15 standard cupcakes depending on the size of your cupcake liner.
    For the Ganache
    Heat the cream till it bubbles slightly. Pour it over the chocolate chunks or chips in a microwave bowl. Let it rest covered for 5mins. Whisk well. Heat it for few seconds if still not dissolved.
    Let it rest for 15mins to cool down before using it for the Cupcakes.
