- Bask in the Wisdom of Golden Light, an Original 10 minute guided meditation (recorded by us). You (not necessarily the worrying mind but the YOU that exists beyond this physical reality) are your own best source of answers and wisdom. Let this guided meditation for seeking answers help you shift from being the seeker to the Knower. Trust whatever you experience. Once you have finished the practice, answer these questions to help you solidify this work and know that this isn't a one-time experience. You can return over and over to receive new and different answers whenever you wish. Journaling promts:

This was amazing.
1. My cloak was long and black at the beginning
2. At the beginning my world looked a bit scary, i was in a dark cold forest. As the meditation progressed it turned into a beautiful green and golden forest
3. To my left i had a path
4. To my right a small house
5. A message telling me that all is good and that im on the right path to happiness
6. It felt amazing like a weight shifting off my chest
8. I felt warmth coming out of my body coming from my hands and expanding. I also felt like I was being hugged and held in this really safe and warm environment, floating.
This is just my favourite meditation. I almost cried at the end of it. This is this one thing that always makes my morning so peaceful and exitnig. Absoluetly loving the golden light. 😊

Cloak looked like big ball of sunshine and to left and right didn't see anything but I did feel the light and I was somewhere floating in the bliss of golden light

Soothing start to the week.
I was wearing a white kurta and imagining myself in an open peaceful village field and for my left was a golden rose shining and blooming and for my right was a soft red rose blooming and shining and at last i become one with both energies.

So I've been meditating regularly for just over 2 weeks. Saw this video being recommended to me and tried it. And yo wtf just a few minutes in and it felt like everything around me was spinning. And when that part with the smiles happened I started crying? I never had such a intense feeling while meditating, I really enjoyed it, thank you for this experience

My cloak was dusty black. I was in a dim room with flickers of gold lights. To the left was a desk, and to the right was 3 alien 👽like beings. They merged with the desk and stared up at me with excitement. They grew wings flew away and all while I'm in this now golden room with my golden body, a letter floated to the window, and it read YOU ARE LOVED. I sat in stillness playing joyfully with the 3 beings and felt immense ❤️ ❤❤love

WOAH. I am usually iffy about meditation things, but this one is different, I love the little prompts that you give because it gives me calming imagination, but it's like my body is resting like sleeping! I love this, would totally reccommend 100%! ❤️

my cloak was big, black and majestic, and I was in a "spaceless" space, endless floor and ceiling for miles, no walls, and it was a sky/periwinkle gray, like a medium-gray with a purply undertone. To my right there was a black wolf, and to my left there was a white wolf. I merged them together into a dual-colored wold who shrunk down to fit in the palm of my hand, and as it grew wings and flew away, the space was flooded with warm, pale-golden light, not a deep yellow, more of a champagne color. An old-school envelope made of parchment, sealed with a red heart floated up to me, and it of it, came a paper that said "relax" in all capital letters. My anxiety and stress-induced belly-ache is now gone)

1. What did your cloak look like? Ans: My clock looked like one in the puss in the boots movie. It was floating with me in the deep and colorful universe. It looked black like a shadow and I looked like a black shadow too.
2. What did your world look like? Where were you? Ans: I was some were in the middle of the universe floating with bliss.Gently making waves thru hands. Enjoying every second of it. Although my body looked like a shadow and face was not visible but I felt like I was smiling.
3. What appeared to your left? Ans: A human structure just like me.
4. What appeared to your right? Ans: Universe with colorful stars and galaxies.
5. What stood out when looking at what you received in your hands? Ans: It was a golden ball with wings just like Harry potter movies.
6. How did it feel to set it free? Ans: free
7. What (written) message came to you? Ans: I am loved
8. What came to you as you relaxed? Ans: I clearly saw my self beautifully dressed, roaming around the roads of Italy with my husband, we were dancing then holding hands of two beautiful children, one boy and a girl and we were smiling and laughing together. Greatful❤️
9. Anything else you want to carry forward with you from this experience? Ans: I would like to do it once again. 10 mins didn’t feel like 10 mins at all. It was magical. I feel grateful.

What's the meaning of the dark cloak? I kept envisioning myself with a bright white cloak....
I was surprised by the suggestion of a dark cloak. I felt weighed down. This might not be the meditation for me.
I was in a dark castle hallway two different prisoners were on both sides of me and they merged together.🙏🙏
