    I just bought the Powerfly FS4 Gen 2 and I love it. Haven't ridden a bike in years but bought this bike based on the recommendation of bike riding friends. So far I love it. Seems fantastic for all surfaces.

    I've been single track trail riding for 15 years. I was afraid this bike would not be "enough" for the harder trails here in the American Rocky Mtns. where we ride at 7000 to 10000 ft. elevation and on some very rocky trails. I gave it ergonomic grips, a taller dropper seatpost (long legs), and beefier Maxis Recon tires 2.6 front and 2.4 rear. It's awesome! It may not be for the Red Bull Rampage, but is no slouch by any means. Way more than a commuter or gravel bike, this bike can do what I need it to on some pretty gnarly terrain. I'm loving it!

    Great review Chris! I would add that the FS 4 has a lower standover height than the hardtail 4 due to the suspension design. This is a nice benefit for those with shorter legs.

    Good bike for wheelies and cruising around a flat town? Not doing any big drops or jumps. Just was wondering how they wheelie and if it will hold up?

    Hi, could you please explain the difference between powerfly and rail?

    • @goodluckchrisclark
      @goodluckchrisclark  Год назад +2

      Rail is a 100% trail/Enduro mountain bike, the Powerfly is a light trail bike made to explore

    I'm in Arizona. Where are you in Canada? Can I buy from you? I know that sometimes items hang up in customs, and sometimes not. People at shops here know less about the specs of their products than I do after reading them for the first time.

    Great information video Chris. I’m looking at both the Trek 4FS or the Rail 5. I’m 5’10” and Trek says I’m M/L.
    Would you suggest M or L for either bike?

      Large for both, medium will feels short on reach

      @@goodluckchrisclark Hi Chris, I'm looking at the powerfly FS 4 2022 but only one available is XL. I'm 6ft 2", 34" seam and scarily 110kg in weight.....the reach and stack on this bike are larger than my Specialised Carbon X5 which I feel is at the total limit for me size wise. Wondering if I should wait for a large as I don't want to be stretched out too much with too much weight on my hands......what do you think Chris?

    What size is that bike in your video? Looking at XS or S for my 5'3" tall wife.

      Think is was a Xs, she could probably get away with either size

      Yes definitely still made with trails in mind
