What would help you is start in a high position For example I play for wolves academy U11 They always tell me to be out of my box or even near the half way line in case of a long ball forward and you are quick to get out All it’s about then is make sure try to find a player (don’t have to) If it goes to there player retreat to your goal as quick as possible If we regain the ball go higher up the pitch again It helps with your defence as you are like I’m guessing a 3rd centre back You need to have good feet to be a goalkeeper Listen a few might go in but mistakes make you better and you learn and become more experienced
