Many years ago my daughter had a neighbor who lined the walls in her house with tin foil. She said it was to keep the government from spying on her. We considered her to be psychotic. I would not come to that conclusion today.

The "tinfoil hatters" are not always wrong. I suspect aluminum siding would also help quite a bit if you stay away from the windows, or buy energy efficient windows with a metallic coating. The way to tell that this works is that your broadcast TV reception and cell phone reception inside the house will be horrible.
Also this does not appear to be a passive technology, so you could build a detector, similar to a radar detector.

The same as for who authorized them to buy all these $100.000 dollars SUV’s for their police force. The old Crown Victoria still run and work well today. This is how we allowed this to happen.

We can start by voting out city councils and local candidates who are not doing the people’s bidding. Boca Raton Florida is a small municipality but yet they have almost 4000 LEO’s and a command center the size of a small private air strip and they have gestapo type facilities hidden throughout the town. They’re also known for aiding and abetting in serval crimes and then try and pin it off on other less fortunate. A few city lawyers have brought to light this issue. Delray the next town over is no better all highly corrupt and evil. People need to vote these criminals out.

In 2004, I had to attend a funeral out of state. Day after the funeral my relative, who was a local cop, asked if I’d like to do a shift ride along. I said sure, small town so no worries. So we’re driving around, pretty boring actually. And he says you wanna see some really cool shit? Sure I say. So he opens up this laptop, we pull over on the neighborhood street, he stops. He says listen to this…. All of a sudden I start hearing people talking. I asked what’s this? He said I can pull up outside anyone house, and if they’re on their phones, listen to their conversation. 😳So he’s driving slow now up and down the street, says I’m looking for something interesting to listen to, it breaks the boredom. He could tune in on any conversation that was going on. He said I check my girlfriend house all the time. I asked, do all cops have this? Do this? He said well shit, if we have it in this little town, imagine what the city cops have lol. That was 20 years ago! Imagine the shit they have today? Nothing like breaking people rights without them knowing. True story

I'm almost being treated like a criminal by the cops since I sleep in my vehicle. Unbelievably, we have a law that states no one can sleep or live in their vehicle. 😄
I just wanna be left the f*** alone. I keep to myself. Leave me alone.
On top of it, I'm sensitive to signals like wifi and cellphone towers, so I basically only have one perfect spot that I'm just now being harassed at since my vehicle partially broke down and it sits day and night insteada me taking off every day. So basically my only spot is being threatened. In my home town, where I grew up, and spent 95% of my life.
Had a spot in a store parking lot for 2½ to 3 years until the same cop screwed that up and went asking the store if we had permission. Which is stupid because of course they're gonna say they didn't give us permission - they don't wanna lose their jobs if corporate found out. But the point is, they never told us to leave. And this f*** face has to go poking around and f*** everything up. But I took it as a blessing since my latest spot has almost no wifi. Now that's being threatened and I only have a backup spot about a minute away.
      I've committed no real crimes.

Let us assume that someone stole my dog -

By your very basic and undefined broad statement-
such a rescue would be Legitimate - Lawful and Legal
and as such -- a basis for the defense of the use of
such devices within the context as you describe it.
So you see that you do not have a knowledge of Legal English

    When I was in the fire department some 20 years ago, we have a handheld infrared device. We used it to help make sure that no one had been ejected from a vehicle when we'd respond to motor vehicle collisions but this technology and a number of other kinds of similar technology has been used by the lettered government agencies on those with very high security clearances since the 80s. What I really wonder about is whether, in a wilderness situation, they would be able to accurately distinguish a human being from another sort of large mammal unless they could make out our distinguishing hands, feet, or head. We wouldn't be able to tell that from our handheld devices in the fire department but we'd investigate anything that looked warm enough to potentially be human since most other similarly-sized animals either wouldn't be in that area or would have run off from the noise of the accident;

It's infrared so it's no more harmful than an electric blanket a mile away (which also emits in the same bands of radiation). It's only if they use X-Ray bands or Gamma bands of the spectrum to get past thermal insulation and there's a solution for that, too. Beryllium foil will stop gamma band radiation dead in it's tracks so, if it's your house, you've got all kinds of options if you know your materials and where to source them.

Zion --ist, WEF & UN plans. The last few 3 yrs and that big event was light dress rehearsal.
They are and will continue to lower population down to 500,000,000 on earth-- the wicked book of the tal-mud says 600,000(I would lean more towards that as that truly being their goal.
Also in the Book of Revelation says no one can fight the beast system. This video is about the technology and tools they have for that system...there will be NO ESCAPE.
YESHUA/JESUS is our only HOPE. SEEK HIM NOW. HE WAS ON EARTH & DIED FOR YOU and is CALLING YOU to HIM.HE is coming back. (Look at all the 'rapture' movies...that is when things really go from bad to great tribulation.
They will say the aliens took the people. but it was YESHUA's angels gathering those that TRULY SUMBIT TO HIM and not the things of this world.
Then the aliens (fallen angels in the Book of Enoch) will be wanting you to worship them and their minion offspring the bankers and world leaders that are taking us to their wicked schemes and plots - reigning and over all the earth.N3W W0r1d 0rd3r.
If you don't believe in HIM..ask yourself this..Why did the Olympics opening ceremonial ritual spend time and money to mock HIM. Why in the closing ceremony do they have Satan falling to the earth like lighting from the heaven.
When I talk about YESHUA I am not talking about the institutions of man called churches and religion.
I am talking about the Bible, Book of Enoch and Jasher and the GOD ALMIGHTY Yehovah in the BIBLE and HIS BELOVED SON YESHUA/JESUS the MESSIAH.
      HE IS COMING.
Chose this day who you will serve...time is VERY SHORT... this video is PROOF that the technology is here and already being used...think about the tech you don't know about..given to man by the fallen angels.. really started with Hit-ler in WW2.
I would suggest getting off the couch...and start researching and praying and reading the Bible and SEEKING THE MOST HIGH Yehovah! NOW time is short to RESEARCH. Try with book - Codex Magica free online Pay attention to 'who' they serve.

It was middle of the night, I was in a dark room with no lights on and the curtains closed. Due to the large front yard and no driveway, they also had to park about 20 meters away from the house. There is no way they could have seen anything in my house!
