    Nice job! I do back bacon twice a year . But I use Morton quick tender instead of salt, and I use brown sugar instead of white granulated. The ends I cut off from the back bacon I use them for beans. Thanks for the video!

      I have done a lot of bacon and this simple recipe is one of the best.
