Hi Joy excellent video. Oakmoss is allowed in Europe .. It depends on the type of oakmoss in terms of its chemical content.. So different types of oakmoss or tree moss are allowed in varying quantities as per the IFRA guidelines whereas some types of oakmoss is totally banned.
Great review, one of Sebastian's faves! Oakmoss is banned by IFRA and it's mainly banned in the EU (most fragrances are made in France). In the US small/indie houses use oakmoss. Cheers!
