- Heizou, Ningguang and Thoma
Everyone forgets about doina
Its been awhile since we had Thoma.... As for Xinyan, tbh I dont think so they only sometimes put the character related to the story to the banners.

I think Xin Yan is actually pretty high probability, they know which 5* sell and they always give them at least 1 really shitty 4*. (with all due respect to the 10 Xin Yan mains)

Would like to have xingqiu so i can fill up my last 2 constellations
i would love to see bennett on kazuha and klee banner as well i think its quite possible since he have skipped 4-5 banners although i found out rosaria however she reappeard after only skipping 2-3 banners so would be nice if bennett would have a rate up as well

Kazuha + Heizou + Bennet..
I think they will keep Benny for phase 2 since they know Kazuha sells will slap without Benny.

I really hope its bennet on kazuha and klee's banner, if not, then at least on yoimiya's banner. I'm ar 55 and he somehow manages to dodge all my pulls. We haven't rlly had any good 4 stars on banners in a while tbh.

I think it's hard for Fishl..
cause we will get her for free in the event, so she will not in banner..
@@ryukengaming676 fischl is in shop and given free at the same time, but doesn't mean she won't be in the banner. I remember a previous version where they gave Ningguang, while Ningguang was in the shop and at the same time in the banner. It's not impossible it happened before.

@@ryukengaming676 Yes 🥲. Mostly story characters don't end up on the banner but I remember Yanfei with Yelan. Also Fischl is already in the store that makes not possible for a rerun. I will buy her C2 maybe if lucky. Let's wait and see.
Beidou has more chance than fischl tbh.
Fischl is currently available in the Paimon Shop and there will be a free fischl

i dont want fichl since she isnt a limited character, you can get her on any banner but i DO want beidou, she like my dream charater please tell me some lucky spots!

hmm, for Beidou, if she didn't appear as character rate up,
you can start to collect Starglitter from now until 34 Starglitters..
in next August you can exchange that 34 Starglitters to Beidou in Paimon Bergains (Paimon Shop)..
i dont have fischl '-' and i have c6 beidou .. but luckly i can have free fischl in 2.8

How about xingxiu?
it might be and maybe Xingqiu in phase 2 version 2.8..
cause Xingqiu is one of the most popular character, and Hoyoverse rarely make him as character rate up..

I want Diona .. I mean .. I need Diona! And Sucrose! How do I have almost every 4 star minus those two :(

Diona last rate up is in February (Yae Banner),
and Succrose last rate up is in March (Ayato Banner),
so maybe in 2nd half 2.8 they might be rate up again..
Fun fact im 64 pity and i want to get kazuha but i also want to get kuki shinobu trying to attempt to get her might get me itto, i will cry because my pity will reset and i want kazuha :(

IMO, the third character will be in Phase 1 version 2.8 is Beidou or Ningguang..
both of their last rate up is in version 2.4..
why not Fischl?
cause Fischl will get a new costume and Hoyoverse will give that custom for FREE..

I think fischl will appear in the banner BECAUSE of the new skin. Barbara also got a rate up in 1.6 when she got her skin.
